Return Policy

All claims and returns must be approved by Mega Cap, Inc. customer service within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.

•

Returns will be refused without an assigned Return Authorization (RA) number.

•

Returns or unwanted goods are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless the return is due to an error by Mega Cap, Inc.

•

Refused COD shipments will incur a 10% restocking fee, plus freight and COD charges.

•

Mega Cap, Inc. issues call tags only for shipping errors.

•

All returns must be received within 30 days of the RA number being issued.

•

No returns are accepted for decorated or customized merchandise.

•

Pre-packaged items must remain intact; broken packages are not returnable.

•

Samples are non-returnable.
