Claims & Return Policy

  • All claims and returns must be approved by customer service representatives of Mega Cap, Inc. within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
  • Returns will be refused by our warehouse if there has not been an assigned Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Returns or unwanted goods are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless the return is due to an error of Mega Cap, Inc.
  • Refused COD shipments will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, in addition to freight and COD charges.
  • Mega Cap, Inc. only issues call tags on our shipping errors.
  • All returns must be received by MEGA CAP within 30 days after the RA number is issued.
  • Absolutely no returns on decorated or customized merchandise.
